Product Storage and Handling
Store each product as follows for maximum freshness:
- Grano-licious Energy Bites: Refrigeration is a must. Keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
- Nutri Mix Namkeen: Keep in an airtight container after opening the pack. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Foxpops Roasted Makhanas: Keep in an airtight container after opening. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.
Shelf Life and Expiry
Since all our products are handmade with 100% natural ingredients and zero preservatives, their shelf life is shorter than many commercially available snacks. All products -- including Grano-licious, Nutri Mix, and Foxpops -- have a shelf life of about 3 months from the packaging date, when stored and consumed properly.
Check for unusual odor, discoloration, or changes in texture. If stored correctly, these snacks maintain their freshness for their full shelf life. When in doubt, trust your senses!

Product Use and Serving
Each bite is approximately 15g. You can enjoy 1-3 bites per day as a healthy snack depending on your energy needs. They make a perfect pre-workout boost or mid-morning pick-me-up!
Our Fasting Foxpops flavour is specially designed for fasting-friendly diets -- light, wholesome, and perfectly appropriate for your fast. Other flavours may not comply with strict fasting rules, so we recommend sticking to the dedicated fasting variant.

Both Grano-licious Bites and Foxpops are safe for children. However, please supervise consumption for very young children due to the presence of nuts or seeds which can be a choking hazard.

Returns and Customer Support
We are so sorry if that happened! Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at the earliest. A photo of the damaged product would be helpful.
