At Palate by Anya, we are committed to delivering premium-quality snacks with the highest standards of freshness and care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Product Issue & Delivery Policy

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery (Delivery Date + 2 days).

This reporting period allows us to coordinate with our courier partner and obtain the Proof of Delivery (POD) required to investigate your request.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for resolution, as courier partners do not provide POD beyond the specified timeframe.

To report an issue, please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear images or videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Return Policy

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaked during transit.
  • You received an incorrect product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID, product images, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund Process

Once your return request has been approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup wherever available.
  • After inspection, you will receive a refund in the form of a discount coupon equal to the value of the returned product.
  • The coupon can be used on your future purchases from Palate by Anya.

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
  • Return requests made after 2 days of delivery.
  • Partially consumed products.
  • Tampered or damaged products caused after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After 2 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled after processing has begun, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • For COD orders where an advance payment has been collected, the advance amount is non-refundable.
  • Palate by Anya reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or incorrect customer information.
