Order Processing Time

At Palate by Anya, every order is freshly packed after it is placed to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

• Orders are prepared within 2–3 working days.
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
• After 2 hours, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed for dispatch.
• Once packed, orders are dispatched within the next 1–2 working days.
• We ship through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, E-kart, Shiprocket and other reliable logistics providers.

Shipping Timeline

• Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery timings are between Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control.

Product Issue & Delivery Policy

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery (Delivery Date + 2 days).

This reporting period allows us to coordinate with our courier partner and obtain the Proof of Delivery (POD) required to investigate your request.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for resolution, as courier partners do not provide POD beyond the specified timeframe.

• Clear images or videos of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Return Policy

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaked during transit.
• You received an incorrect product.
